Cuir 1976 opens with a delicate orange blossom. At the heart, a candied chestnut that fully embraces its gourmand side: velvety, perfectly caramelized. Regressive? Not only…The base reveals a dense leather that envelops everything. A fragrance that cultivates the art of contrast: subtle in its intentions, captivating in its effects.

INSPIRED BY THE GAULTIER COUTURE ARCHIVES

Inspired by an emblematic archival piece, a leather jacket that disrupted the codes. Playing it safe? Not in his nature.

This couture inspiration extends into the bottle. Iced brown leather wraps around the iconic bulb atomizer, a direct reference to that deconstructed perfecto from the archives. A nod to 1976, the year Gaultier’s impertinence was born. Gently turn the bulb to the side: a subtle gesture that reveals a hidden spray. A surprise that is terribly Gaultier.
