RULES OF THE 2025 JEAN PAUL GAULTIER HALLOWEEN GAME

ARTICLE 1 – THE ORGANISER

PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S., whose registered office is located at 65-67, avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, VAT number: B-64.797.129 and which is registered on the Paris trade and industry register under the number: 682 030 507 (hereinafter the “Organiser”), is organising, between 9 October and 2 November 2025 (inclusive), a Halloween contest by Jean Paul Gaultier (hereinafter, the “Contest”).

ARTICLE 2 – PRINCIPLES AND PROCEDURES OF THE CONTEST

Taking part in the Contest means that the entrant fully accepts the conditions stipulated in these rules (hereinafter, the "Rules"). Any violation of these Rules will disqualify entrants from participating in the Contest and from being eligible to win prizes.

The Rules of the Contest can be found on: https://www.jeanpaulgaultier.com/uk/en/fragrances (hereinafter the “Website”) for the duration of the Contest. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time and to take any decisions it considers relevant with regard to the application and interpretation of said Rules.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and prosecute any person who publishes content on the Organiser’s website that is morally offensive, violates the rights of third parties or that is promotional in nature.

ARTICLE 3 – ENTRANCE CONDITIONS

Entrance conditions:

Any person may enter the Contest who:

•    has access to the Internet,
•    having placed an order on the Jean Paul Gaultier website between 9 October and 2 November 2025 until 11.59 p.m. (Paris time zone).
 
Any entrants who do not provide all the requested data or who provide inaccurate, false and/or incomplete data, as well as those who do not meet the conditions stipulated in these Rules, shall not be allowed to enter the Contest.  

How the Contest works:

Entrants must enter the contest on the Jean Paul Gaultier website between 9 October and  2 November 2025 in order to get a promotional code. Entrants must place an order between 9 October and 2 November 2025 in order to receive the prize or the prizes they won. The promotional code will no longer be valid after this time. The prize or the prizes will be awarded subject to stock availability.

The contest starts on 9 October and closes on 2 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time zone). No entries will be admitted after this time.

ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES

The game is structured around two levels.

- If the player reaches the first level, he/she wins a promotional code enabling him/her to win a prize. The promotional code must be copied/pasted and added to the basket. The promotional code is valid only once for any order of £90 or more on jpg.com.

  • The prize is an AirPods case Jean Paul Gaultier*.

- If the player reaches the second level, he/she wins a promotional code enabling him/her to win two prizes. The promotional code must be copied/pasted and added to the basket. The promotional code is valid only once for any order of £90 or more on jpg.com.

  • Prizes to be won are a keyring and a cardholder*.

Entrants must place an order between 9 October and 2 November 2025 in order to receive the prize or the prizes they won. The promotional code will no longer be valid after this time.

Under no circumstances can the Organiser be held liable if winners do not use their promotional codes within the allotted time limit for reasons not attributable to the Organiser.

 

ARTICLE 5 – THE RESULTS

The entrants, the Organiser and the operators expressly agree that the computer systems and files belonging to the Organiser and the operators are authentic until proven otherwise. The dates and times recorded are those supplied by the operators’ IT system, and may not be contested by the entrants.

It is expressly agreed that the data contained in the information systems belonging to the Organiser or its technical providers can be used as evidence of the login details and to select the winner(s).

 

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY

Participation in the Contest implies awareness and acceptance of the characteristics, limitations and risks associated with using the internet. The Organiser can not be held liable for internet malfunctions, configuration problems and/or problems with a particular browser or the Website.

The Organiser can not be held liable for any damage caused to entrants, their computer equipment and/or the data stored therein.

The Organiser prohibits entrants from modifying the format of the Contest by any means whatsoever. In this respect, the Organiser reserves the right to provide an equal chance to all entrants, especially by legal means or any other means at its disposal.

Thus any attempt to access the Contest website via any means other than a non-modified interface will be deemed to constitute attempted fraud. Disrupting the Contest or using a personal script or any other method designed to circumvent the Contest as set out in these Rules will also be considered as attempted fraud and will result in the entrant’s immediate disqualification from the Contest.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, delay, interrupt and/or postpone the Contest, and modify all or some of the terms and conditions of its Rules without incurring any liability.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

Entrants are reminded that in order to participate in the Contest, they may have to provide some personal information (name, postal address, email address, telephone number, etc.). Entrants acknowledge that they have received all the information required under Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the “GDPR”) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (hereinafter, the “French Data Protection Act”) and acknowledge, in particular, that they have been informed of their rights via the Contest registration form.

The personal data provided by entrants in the Contest will be stored in a file belonging to PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S. (hereinafter, the “Data Controller”) for the purposes of administering the Contest, as well as for sending entrants commercial information.

This information is necessary in order to process their participation and determine the winners. The personal data provided by the Game’s participants will be stored in records owned by PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S (hereinafter, the “Controller”) for Game administration as well as information purposes. Participants acknowledge that personal data collected in this manner:

- Is intended for the purposes of the Game;

- Is kept by the Controller for the duration of the Game, which cannot exceed three years from the collection date; 

- Is processed by the Controller's authorized departments, in particular, those responsible for commercial relations, communication and marketing;

- May be assigned to an entity belonging to the PUIG Group with the same objectives as those mentioned above; consequently, participants acknowledge that they have been duly informed of the first assignment of their personal data; 

- May be disclosed to a third party involved, on behalf of the Controller, in the management of the Game, and/or to any administrative or judicial authority requesting the communication of such personal data;

If personal data are transferred outside the European Union, PUIG guarantees that such transfer will be carried out in compliance with one of the protective provisions of the European Commission.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data, the right to withdraw at any time and the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their data. To exercise these rights, participants must send a letter to the following address: PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S., avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France (ref. Jean Paul Gaultier Halloween Game) or to the following e-mail address [email protected].

Participants may also exercise their right to file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, in particular, in the Member State in which they reside, their place of work or the place in which the alleged infringement has occurred, pursuant to Article 77 of Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals and the processing and dissemination of personal data, if the person concerned considers that the processing of his/her personal data infringes said regulation. The user may contact PUIG at any time at [email protected], if he/she has any doubts or questions regarding the confidentiality of personal data provided to PUIG. Participants authorize the Organizer to verify their identity and address. Any false information will result in the elimination of the participant and the multiple participations duly demonstrated.

Participants authorize the Organizer to use their name, city and place of residence on the Website, without restriction or reservation, and without any rights or remuneration in this respect.

Each participant authorizes the Organizer to publish, reproduce and represent his/her information on the Website. Given the nature of the Internet, participants acknowledge and accept that the data elements may be associated with different contexts, with other elements, used in the form of hypertext links or partially exploited.

By taking part in the Game, each participant accepts that the Organizer may use its own session cookies and those of third parties to facilitate Website navigation. Cookies automatically collect information relating to a user's specific preferences when visiting a given website. Participants can set their browsers to accept or reject all cookies, or to receive online notification of cookies, thereby allowing them to decide whether or not to store them on the hard disk. The procedures for blocking and deleting cookies may vary from one browser to another, and participants must carefully check browser instructions. Participants who reject the use of cookies will still be able to use the Website, but with limited access to certain services.

ARTICLE 8 - FILING THE RULES

These Rules are filed at the registered office of the Organiser located at 65-67, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. A copy of these Rules is available free of charge to any person who requests one by sending an email to: [email protected] or by sending a letter to the Organiser. 

The postage stamp used to request these Rules can be reimbursed at the non-premium postage rate following a written request accompanied by bank account details. Only one request for a copy of the Rules plus reimbursement of the postal charges will be accepted per entrant (same name, same address).  

These Rules can be consulted on the Website for the duration of the Contest. If there is any discrepancy between the version of the Rules filed at the Organiser’s registered office and the online version, the version filed at the Organiser’s registered office shall prevail. The filed version thus prevails over the information disseminated through the aforementioned website in the event that it contradicts these Rules.  

Any changes to these Rules will be made public on the Website, and filed at the Organiser’s registered office. These amendments will be sent along with the Rules to anyone who requests them.  

If these Rules are written in several languages, all versions are valid. However, in the event of any dispute or differences, the English version shall prevail.  

ARTICLE 9 – DECISIONS OF THE ORGANISER

The Organiser also reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the Contest without notice as a result of any event beyond its control, in particular in the event of an exceptional situation, a force majeure or unforeseeable circumstance. In particular, the Organiser reserves the right to invalidate and/or cancel all or part of the Contest if any form of fraud or malfunction is detected. In particular, it reserves the right not to award the prize(s) to persons who have committed fraud and/or to prosecute the perpetrators, co-perpetrators and accomplices of such fraud with the competent courts. Any entrant committing fraud shall be immediately disqualified from the Contest.

The Organiser can not be held liable in light of the above and entrants can not claim any compensation of any kind in this respect.

 

ARTICLE 10 - COMPLAINTS AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

Any complaints regarding the Contest must be sent in writing to PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S., avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France or sent by email to: [email protected] (re: Complaint – Jean Paul Gaultier Halloween 2025 Contest), no later than one month after the deadline for participation in the Contest.

Any dispute concerning the application or interpretation of these Rules that can not be resolved amicably shall be settled in the competent Paris Court.
