OFFICIAL RULES OF THE JEAN PAUL GAULTIER CHRISTMAS 2025 GAME

“GAULTIER'S FROSTED CHALLENGE” 

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZER

PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S., French entity headquartered at 65-67, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris (France), VAT number B-64.797.129 and registered with the Paris Commercial Registry under 682 030 507 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), is organizing the Jean Paul Gaultier Christmas Game entitled “Gaultier’s Frosted Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) from December 3st 2025 until December 31st 2025.  

ARTICLE 2 - GAME GUIDELINES

Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of the conditions stipulated in these rules (hereinafter, the “Rules”). Anyone in breach of these Rules will be prevented from participating in the Game and disqualify them for any prizes that may be awarded. 

The Rules can be consulted on the website, https://www.jeanpaulgaultier.com/ (the “Website”), for the duration of the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time and to take any decisions it may consider relevant concerning their application and interpretation.  

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and prosecute any person disseminating content on the Organizer's Website that is morally offensive, violates the rights of third parties or is promotional. 

ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Conditions of participation: 

Participation in the Game is open to anyone with Internet access. 

Anyone who does not provide all required information, or who provides inaccurate, false and/or incomplete information, or who does not meet the conditions stipulated in these Rules, will not be allowed to participate.   

How to play: 

Participants must play the Game on the Jean Paul Gaultier website, between December 3st and January 01, 2026 to win a promotional code. This promotional code may only be used during the specified period (single-use promotional code valid for any online purchase of $110 or more, until 01st January 2026 - 11:59 pm) to take advantage of the specified offer.  

Once the deadline has passed, the promotional code will no longer be valid. 

The Game starts on December 3, 2025, and ends on January 01, 2026, at 11:59 pm. No participation will be accepted after January 01, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).  

ARTICLE 4 - PRIZES

Game participants will receive a promotional code that entitles them to one of the following prizes, while supplies last. 

  • JPG Candle Holder for 1st level winners. 

  • Le Male Elixir & Gaultier Divine Xmas Miniature for 2nd level winners. 

Each participant may win a promotional code; this is an instant-win Game.  There will be no losers. Participants can play without limitation between December 3 and December 31, 2025. 

Participants must order between December 3, 2025, and December 31, 2025 to claim the prize won. Once the deadline has passed, the promotional code will no longer be valid.  

Under no circumstances will the Organizer be held responsible if the winner does not use the promotional code within the specified time frame for reasons not attributable to the Organizer.  

The prizes cannot be exchanged, modified nor exchanged for a financial compensation or equivalent. The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prize by another one of equal value without being subject to any claim or complaint. 

ARTICLE 5 - RESULTS

The participants, Organizer and operators expressly agree that the computer systems and files of the Organizer and operators are authentic, until proven otherwise. The dates and times recorded have been provided by the operators' computer system. They cannot be contested by participants. 

It is expressly agreed that the data contained in the information systems in the possession of the Organizer or its technical service providers will serve as conclusive evidence regarding connection and winner selection. 

ARTICLE 6 - LIABILITY

Participation in the Game implies awareness and acceptance of the characteristics, limits and risks associated with the Internet.  The Organizer shall not be liable for Internet malfunction, configuration problems or those linked to a particular browser or to the Website. 

The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage caused to participants, their computers and/or data stored therein. 

The Organizer prohibits participants from altering the Game’s format by any means whatsoever. In this respect, the Organizer reserves the right to enforce equal opportunity for participants, in particular, through the courts or by any other appropriate means. 

Furthermore, any attempt to use the Game outside the unmodified interface operating on the Website will be considered an attempt at fraud. Game disintegration or the use of a personal script or any other method designed to circumvent the Game as provided for in these Rules will also be considered an attempt at fraud and will result in the participant’s immediate elimination. 

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, delay, interrupt and/or postpone the Game, or to amend all or part of the terms and conditions of the Rules without incurring any liability.  

ARTICLE 7 - PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

Participants acknowledge that they have received all the information required under Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals and the processing and dissemination of personal data (hereinafter, the “GDPR”) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended (hereinafter, the “The Data Protection Act”), and acknowledge, in particular, that they have been informed of their rights in the registration form. 

This information is necessary in order to process their participation and determine the winners. The personal data provided by the Game’s participants will be stored in records owned by PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S (hereinafter, the “Controller”) for Game administration as well as information purposes.  

Participants acknowledge that personal data collected in this manner: 

  • Is intended for the purposes of the Game; 

  • Is kept by the Controller for the duration of the Game, which cannot exceed three years from the collection date; 

  • Is processed by the Controller's authorized departments, in particular, those responsible for commercial relations, communication and marketing; 

  • May be assigned to an entity belonging to the PUIG Group with the same objectives as those mentioned above; consequently, participants acknowledge that they have been duly informed of the first assignment of their personal data; 

  • May be disclosed to a third party involved, on behalf of the Controller, in the management of the Game, and/or to any administrative or judicial authority requesting the communication of such personal data; 

If personal data are transferred outside the European Union, PUIG guarantees that such transfer will be carried out in compliance with one of the protective provisions of the European Commission.  

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data, the right to withdraw at any time and the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their data. To exercise these rights, participants must send a letter to the following address: PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S., avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France (ref. Jean Paul Gaultier Christmas Game “Gaultier’s Frosted Challenge”) or to the following e-mail address [email protected].  

Participants may also exercise their right to file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, in particular, in the Member State in which they reside, their place of work or the place in which the alleged infringement has occurred, pursuant to Article 77 of Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals and the processing and  dissemination of personal data, if the person concerned considers that the processing of his/her personal data infringes said regulation.  The user may contact PUIG at any time at [email protected], if he/she has any doubts or questions regarding the confidentiality of personal data provided to PUIG.  

Participants authorize the Organizer to verify their identity and address. Any false information will result in the elimination of the participant and the multiple participations duly demonstrated. Participants authorize the Organizer to use their name, city and place of residence on the Website, without restriction or reservation, and without any rights or remuneration in this respect.

Each participant authorizes the Organizer to publish, reproduce and represent his/her information on the Website. Given the nature of the Internet, participants acknowledge and accept that the data elements may be associated with different contexts, with other elements, used in the form of hypertext links or partially exploited. 

By taking part in the Game, each participant accepts that the Organizer may use its own session cookies and those of third parties to facilitate Website navigation. Cookies automatically collect information relating to a user's specific preferences when visiting a given website. Participants can set their browsers to accept or reject all cookies, or to receive online notification of cookies, thereby allowing them to decide whether or not to store them on the hard disk. The procedures for blocking and deleting cookies may vary from one browser to another, and participants must carefully check browser instructions. Participants who reject the use of cookies will still be able to use the Website, but with limited access to certain services. 

ARTICLE 8 - FILING THE RULES

These Rules have been filed with the Organizer's head office located at 65-67, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris (France). A copy of these Rules is available free of charge to anyone upon request, either via e-mail [email protected], or by contacting the Organizer via traditional mail. 

The stamp used to request these Rules may be reimbursed at the rate applicable to economy mail by written request, accompanied by bank details. Only one request for a copy of the Rules and the reimbursement of postage costs will be accepted per participant (same name, same address).  

These Rules can be consulted on the Website for the Game’s duration. In the event of a discrepancy between the version of the Rules filed at the Organizer's headquarters and the online version, the filed version shall prevail. The registered version thus prevails over any information disseminated via said Website in the event that the latter contradicts these Rules.  

Any amendment to these Rules will be notified on said Website and registered at the Organizer's head office. These amendments will be sent along with the Rules to anyone who requests them.  

If these Rules are written in several languages, all versions will be valid. However, in the event of any dispute or difference, the English version shall prevail.  

ARTICLE 9 - DECISIONS OF THE ORGANIZER

The Organizer also reserves the right to amend, extend, reduce, suspend or cancel the Game without notice in the event of any circumstances beyond its control and, in particular, in the event of an exceptional situation, force majeure or fortuitous event. In particular, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate and/or cancel all or part of the Game in the event of fraud or malfunction of any kind. In particular, it reserves the right not to award the prize(s) to people who have committed fraud, and/or to prosecute the perpetrators, co-perpetrators and accomplices of any such fraud in the competent courts. Fraud will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant concerned. 

The Organizer shall not be held liable considering the foregoing, and participants cannot claim any compensation of any kind whatsoever in this respect. 

ARTICLE 10 - COMPLAINTS AND THE APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

Any complaints concerning the Game must be submitted in writing to PUIG FRANCE, S.A.S., Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris (France), or by e-mail to [email protected] (ref. Complaint – Jean Paul Gaultier Christmas Game “Gaultier’s Frosted Challenge”), no later than one month after the deadline for participation in the Game.  

Any disputes concerning the application or interpretation of these Rules that cannot be resolved through amicable agreement, will be settled by the Paris Courts.
