Following its enormous success in Montreal and Dallas, The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier, from the Sidewalk to the Catwalk exhibition hits the American west coast at the deYoung museum in San Francisco. Living up to his extravagant reputation, Jean Paul Gaultier held not one but two launch parties!

After 4 months drawing in the crowds in Montreal, the exhibition dedicated to Jean Paul Gaultier's 35 years in fashion has just checked in its sailor stripes at the Dallas Museum of Art  for the first leg of its American tour!

Last Thursday, at the Fashion House, the launch party was held for the book The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier, from the Sidewalk to the Catwalk that we mentioned a few days ago here.

Whilst the 140 outfits from the exhibition showcasing Jean Paul Gaultier's 35 years in fashion move onto Dallas, French publisher Editions de La Martinière and the Montreal's Museum of Fine Arts have put together a publication dedicated to the designer. With over 500 pages, it's a genuine bible...
