Since Mylène Farmer closed the Haute Couture Autumn-Winter 2011 catwalk show dressed in the famous black 'Libertine Swan' wedding dress before falling into Jean Paul Gaultier's arms, we haven't heard much from our two lovebirds. But don't worry! As usual, the singer has simply been keeping a low profile before making a striking come-back.

Last December, shortly after she had been chosen to represent France at Eurovision, Anggun had already clearly decided what outfit she would wear for the contest taking place in May: "A fabulous dress by the French couturier (...) Jean Paul Gaultier, fashion's enfant terrible", she told journalists...

Six days only after taking us on a trip to the London docklands for his Menswear collection, Jean Paul Gaultier seems to have moved lock, stock and barrel over the Channel! This time, he whisked away his guests to Camden for a lively homage to Amy Winehouse with his Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2012 show.

Last week, the Menswear Autumn-Winter Ready-to-Wear 2012/2013 collection thrust guests onto the streets of London, somewhere between the chap style of Scotland Yard and the nonchalant rebellious look from the docks.

Don't they always say that you come back to your first love? That rule even applies to Madonna, the queen of pop, who wore Gaultier – her favourite designer for over twenty years – to the London premiere for the latest film that she directed: WE.
